Vihaan Clean & Green Tech Pvt. Ltd. is developing a large-scale 6 TPD Compressed Biogas (CBG) Plant, strategically integrated with its CETP and Common Boiler infrastructure at Fanidhar Mega Food Park, Mehsana. This facility converts organic industrial waste into clean, renewable energy closing the loop in Vihaan’s circular economy model.
Plant Capacity & Configuration
The CBG plant is designed to operate primarily on organic waste streams generated from food processing industries:
Potato peels and food processing residues
High-organic CETP sludge derived from food-based industries
Other biodegradable organic waste streams with high methane potential
The plant is engineered for continuous, stable operation, ensuring optimal methane recovery while maintaining environmental safety and process efficiency.
Circular Economy Integration
The CBG facility complements Vihaan’s ZLD CETP and Steam Generation Systems, creating a fully integrated Waste–Water–Energy Nexus:
Wastewater → Treated & Recycled
Sludge & Organic Waste → Converted to Energy
Energy → Supplied as Industrial Utility
The digestate generated post biogas extraction is managed scientifically and can be further utilized as soil conditioner or manure, closing the loop in complete resource recovery.

Feedstock pre-processing and homogenization
Controlled anaerobic digestion in high-rate digesters
Biogas purification and upgradation
Compression and bottling as CBG (Compressed Biogas)
