Vihaan Clean & Green Tech Pvt. Ltd. (VCGTPL) is a forward-looking environmental infrastructure company dedicated to enabling sustainable and compliant industrial growth in India. With a strong focus on innovation, reliability, and environmental stewardship, we deliver integrated solutions for wastewater treatment, water recycling, and energy management tailored to the needs of process-intensive industries.
Strategically located behind Fanidhar Mega Food Park (FMFP) in Mehsana, Gujarat, VCGTPL owns and operates one of India’s largest and most technologically advanced Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) for the food processing sector. Our state-of-the-art facility has an installed treatment capacity of 10 MLD, developed in three seamlessly integrated phases of 3 + 3 + 4 MLD, and is powered by advanced European technologies. The plant is designed to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), ensuring complete recovery and recycling of treated effluent, with recycled water quality meeting IS 10500 drinking water standards.
Complementing our water infrastructure, VCGTPL operates a high-efficiency 100 TPH (40 + 65 TPH) steam boiler system to supply process steam to nearby industrial units. This integrated utility model supports energy circularity, optimizes resource utilization, and significantly reduces the environmental footprint of our client industries.
